By accessing or using Gami Protocol services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services. These terms apply to all users, including developers integrating via the Gami SDK and API.
2. Use of Services
You may use Gami Protocol services for lawful purposes only. You must not use our services to engage in fraudulent activity, manipulate XP or reward systems, violate any applicable laws, or infringe on third-party rights.
3. Developer Responsibilities
Developers integrating with Gami Protocol are responsible for their own applications' compliance with applicable laws, proper use of API keys, and ensuring their users are appropriately informed about on-chain data practices.
4. Tokens and Rewards
$GAMI tokens and XP rewards are provided as-is. Gami Protocol Foundation makes no guarantees about token value. Participation in the token economy involves inherent risk. This is not financial advice.
5. Limitation of Liability
Gami Protocol Foundation is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the protocol, smart contract bugs, or market conditions affecting token values.
